Facilitators:

Sisera diaz

Reiki and Reflexology. Reiki is a non-touching Japanese modality to stimulate healing on the molecular level. Reflexology is an ancient Chinese medicine system that organized healing of the organs by acupressure points on the feet. Both work well separately or conjoined. When working with Sisera, there is a deep space for being seen and feeling empowered to release and refresh.

Elizabeth nurse

Private Breathwork/EFT. Breathwork as shared by Liz is an active meditation practice performed lying down while guided through deep inhales and exhales through mouth and nose. Using a three part inhale-exhale method alongside music, participants are asked to trust their breath and inner teacher, unwind any barriers to self love, and come into deeper levels of clarity and openness within their lives. Practiced by ancient yogis, and now modern householders and professionals, breathwork can be a deeply cathartic practice for our health and self care.

Tammi mcknight

Spinal Training. Network Spinal is a methodology to upgrade the body’s operating system. The result is greater efficiency of central nervous system function that improves the overall quality of your health…and your life! You remain fully clothed during the treatments. You lie on an examination table, usually face down. There are several tables in the room and usually there is more than one person being treated at the same time. This is because receiving NSA care in the company of others is in itself beneficial. An entrainment usually takes no longer than half an hour, during which time the practitioner will gently touch various parts of your spine and back. Sometimes you may be asked to lie on your side or back, and sometimes you may be asked to do a breathing exercise.
During an entrainment you can experience spontaneous body movements as tension is released. This can also result in the release of strong emotions and these may be felt in the NSA session itself as well as in the following days and weeks. Immediately after an entrainment most people experience an odd but pleasant sense of release and realignment.

DEBRA BLYE

Neuromuscular Massage/Prenatal Massage. Neuromuscular massage therapy is a form of soft tissue massage that aims to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system disorders and problems. It is mainly used to fix trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural problems and repetitive movement injuries. Debra also invites women who are pregnant to join her on the table for a safe and relaxing massage to promote wellness in both mom and baby!

Tyler Rice

Private Breathwork. Tyler has spent over 10 years cultivating meditation and yoga practices, and weaving them together with men’s work. In a one on one session, he will guide you into your breath to activate the nervous system, release any subconscious holding and create space for clarity and self realized purpose. Each session will begin with a conversation about what is present in your life currently and any intentions, followed by music and three part breathing as well as oils that may help release stuck energy in the body. You will leave feeling lighter.

EILEEN SHORT

Craniosacral. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity
